in Ohio’s northeast corner, on the banks of Lake Erie, Conneaut
rests on an old Native American trail that was used by the early pioneers
as they traveled westward in hopes of a new start. Conneaut has a
mixture of urban areas and rural farmland, as well as over seven miles
of shoreline along Lake Erie.
With
the city’s central business district and its harbor business
not thriving as in the past, there are many people who could use your
help. Our team in Conneaut has been planning for and awaiting your
arrival since 2005! Come and be a part of God’s work in Ohio
in June of 2008!!

Named
for the first postmaster and early settler, Charles W. Pickford, Pickford,
Michigan was established in 1877. Located in the upper peninsula of
Michigan, Pickford is 24 miles south of the twin cities of Sault Saint
Marie, Michigan and Sault Saint Marie, Ontario, the oldest cities
in Michigan and Ontario.
Surrounded by God’s beautiful nature in the form of trees, wildlife
and the awe-inspiring Great Lakes, Pickford residents could use a
hand in repairing their homes. Enjoy God’s handiwork while getting
to know and helping a neighbor in the north woods of Michigan.
