Bridges
of Life Workcamps
Iowa Falls, Iowa

Nestled
on the banks of the beautiful Iowa River in North Central Iowa, its
river, cliffs and parks have given Iowa Falls its well-deserved nickname
of the Scenic City. Iowa Falls is a modern "Tale of Two Cities,"
at once embodying "the best of times and the worst of times."
Although
still a thriving hub community of 5,300 people, like much of rural
America and Iowa, the town has seen a dramatic population decline
in the last twenty years. While many of our citizens and businesses
are thriving, equally as many are suffering and struggling to get
by, as evidenced by the high number of homes and properties which
have fallen into a state of disrepair.
In the
words of Isaiah 58, come and help us to "rebuild" and "raise
up foundations;" join us and be "the repairer of the breach"
and "the restorer of streets to dwell in." |
Hands
of Hope Workcamps
Memphis, Tennessee

When
Memphis comes to mind, you might think of Graceland, the Memphis Belle,
the home of Elvis Presley or the Lorraine Motel, the place where Dr.
Martin Luther King was killed in 1968. Founded in 1819, its population
has grown to over 650,000 people and not unlike many large cities,
has a great amount of need.
Cherry
Road Baptist Church has been reaching out to the people in their neighborhood
with the love of Christ for many years. They are now joining forces
with other area churches and organizations to bring TeenServe to Memphis
so that our hands of hope can meet the needs of people in a practical
way. Will you be the ones to bring that hope? |

Iowa
Falls Worship Band
Matt and Suzy K
Matt and Suzie have been involved with music together
since their marriage in 1998. During that time they have led worship
and performed concerts at numerous conferences, camps, retreats, churches,
festivals, and venues throughout the nation.
Some
highlights over the years have been the opportunities to open for
such national artists as Shane and Shane, Sara Groves, Sonic Flood,
Switchfoot, and others. Matt and Suzie currently reside in Eau Claire,
Wisconsin with their two little girls, Macie and Georgia, and are
on staff as the music directors at Harvestime Church.
Their
heart is that the church would be unified, not through music or a
church service, but through a heart to serve and meet the needs of
those around us. |

Worship Band
Fourth in the Fire
Husband & wife team, Chris and Jaci Uttecht
(Fourth in the Fire) write simple songs about complex things: the ups
and downs of their relationship with God, forgiveness, life, love, &
letting go. Phrases turn, emotions connect, and melodies soar.
After graduating with music degrees from Belmont University School of
Music, Chris and Jaci began working full-time at TeenServe Missions
where they have traveled the country each summer performing concerts
and leading worship for thousands of teens. In August of 2006, The Uttecht's
moved to Glendale, Arizona where they serve as Worship Directors for
the student ministries of Community Church of Joy.
Fourth in the Fire has recorded four albums, including the 2006 release
Awakening. They have performed and led worship for hundreds of events
including youth conferences, camps, churches, and rallies. In March
of 2006, Fourth in the Fire did a 10-day concert tour of Japan. They
played at churches, clubs, and young adult Christian conference, J-Passion,
Tokyo.
Since 1999, Fourth in the Fire has been on a mission: to share their
lives, their Lord, and their music with as wide an audience as possible.
